1. What Shorts Studio is
Shorts Studio is an internal production tool used by the owner of the Never Filmed K-Pop YouTube channel to produce Shorts and publish them to that channel. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
Shorts Studio uses YouTube API Services. Anyone using Shorts Studio agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Shorts Studio's own handling of data is described in its Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
Shorts Studio acts only on the channel its user has connected and authorised, only at that user's request. It must not be used to access, modify or post on a channel the user does not own or manage, and it must be used in compliance with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and the YouTube Community Guidelines.
4. Content
Videos published with Shorts Studio contain generated imagery and are disclosed on YouTube as altered or synthetic content. The channel owner is responsible for the content published to the channel.
5. No warranty
Shorts Studio is provided as is, for the channel owner's own use, without warranty of any kind.
